I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you're not sure what to expect. Here's some additional information help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.

You'll receive a text confirmation 2 days before your appointment, where you'll confirm or cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule please do so through the link in your reminder text.
You can also text me via the same number your reminder text came through.

Location & Parking
Location
SoMa Lounge is located at,
127 S Main Street, Suite B, Mount Holly, NC 28120.
I am located in downtown Mount Holly. The salon door is located between The Catalyst Mercantile and Jack Beagle's, right below the Catalyst's sign. We are not located at the Salon Studios on Main building, but we are a part of them. Our door opens to a flight of stairs that you will walk up. Head to the right and we are the first suite to your right.

Parking
You may park on Main Street as usual or you may park in the lot behind the building. I have included a video below.

Arrival
I am located in Suite B at the top of the stairwell and to the right. Please walk right in.
At your visit you'll be provided with,​

Before your Visit

Dry, clean hair
​
I suggest coming to your first visit wearing your hair how you typically like to style it. Seeing your hair dry and styled helps me to choose the best techniques and looks that will enhance and fit your lifestyle.

For your extension reinstall appointments, please arrive with your hair freshly washed and completely dried unless you also booked a Shampoo/Blow dry to have done at the salon that day.

Come cozy
​
​I want you to relax during your appointment, so please dress
comfortably, whether that's sweats or jeans. Please avoid wearing
bulky necklines like hooded sweatshirts and turtlenecks. ​

You'll receive an text reminder 48 hours before each visit with an
option to confirm or reschedule your visit, as well as a text
message 24 hours before to confirm or reschedule.

Payment Methods
​
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay are all accepted. Cash will be accepted in the future as I continue to setup our reception desk.​​

Adjustments
I strive to offer my guests the highest of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to adjust any issue at no charge.
​
The exception for extensions - There may be things that come loose and need to be adjusted after 7 days that I am happy to look at. Whether there is a charge for the adjustment will depend on the situation and will be determined on a case by case basis.
